There are GLBT actors and actresses throughout Hollywood and most of their costars are gay-friendly. But what if you didn't know you weren't just gay-friendly, but gay yourself? Co-starring on the cult TV series Time Trails, Brenna Lanigan and Cassidy Hyland appear to be complete opposites. Brenna, 41, has been acting for more than twenty years and leads the ensemble cast. She's in her second marriage, and has two teenage sons. Cassidy, 32, arrived to the TV series as the hot sexy newcomer, the epitome of a Hollywood starlet; tall, lean and blond. Recently divorced, and dating a writer on the series, she has a young son. For these two busy, working, and driven, women, just getting along in the competitive world of Hollywood would seem a tall order, and the gossip rags have described more than once the chill in the air on set.
Beginning at a child's birthday party, and following through many events and mishaps, Brenna and Cassidy slowly forge an unforeseeable, but unshakable bond of friendship, support and, ultimately, emotional and physical love.

Poster winner
On Sunday, April 13, 2008, I participated in the Daytona Beach Pride Fest, at City Island Park in Daytona Beach, Florida. At the fest, I was selling and signing copies of "Turning Point". I was also signing up people for my email updates list, and those who did sign up were entered into a drawing for the cover art poster (11x17) I had displayed at my booth. I have randomly drawn a name from that list of new members and Alissa P. has won the autographed poster!

St Pete (FL) Pride Fest

The parade's Grand Marshall was Susan Stanton, a Florida city manager when she was Steve Stanton who lost his job for a desire to transition MTF. Article link and Article Link. The Fest day was also dedicated to the memory of Ryan Skipper, a 25yo Florida man who was murdered in March 2007 by two men. It is being defined as a hate-crime. Article link. The parade was pretty grand, not as long as expected. It was 100-degrees out, and everyone loved the REALLY long pride flag unfurled for a couple blocks at parade's end.
Also here's a rather surprising catch of the camera -- I saw a rainbow as I was leaving town (ran into the rain that made it not 10 minutes down the road!)
