Supply renewed!
As I blogged earlier, I'd had so many requests for autographed copies that I actually ran out of copies before I could complete all the orders, so with the last few on hold, I had my publisher rush me another shipment...
So... GOOD NEWS!!!
I have more copies of
"Turning Point" for those who wish to be sent autographed copies (10% goes to support my local GLBT center). It's
US$15 per copy and $4.60 for the USPS Flat Rate Priority Envelope shipping, for a
total of $19.60.
You can use
Paypal today! Click below!
One final note. I will be next in public with my books at the Broward County Library in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, at the
2nd Annual Over the Rainbow Bookfest & Expo on
September 28, 2008. Hope to see you there!

autographed Turning Point copies
There's good news, and there's bad news...Good news! I sold out of all my personal stock of
Turning Point while in Phoenix.
Bad news! I need to get more before I can fill the orders coming through online Paypal.
It'll be a few weeks before I have more copies. You are welcome to still place an order. Just be aware that I will take no action on your payment until I have the book(s) in hand autographed to send to you. If you're okay with that, place your order today. If you need to wait, I'll announce here in the blog when the next supply is available.
Sorry to anyone for the inconvenience. I only just got back online myself from the trip.

Profits are up!

to everyone who has purchased autographed copies of
Turning Point from me since it first became available in April 2007. As of a Paypal sale today (thanks, Danielle!) I have been able to donate $200 to support my local
GLBT Center as a result of just direct sales.
I will continue to donate 10% of direct sales to the Center, so if you wish to support Central Florida GLBT programs, consider a Paypal purchase of an autographed copy today!
The next time I will see most of you is in Phoenix at the

June Promotion!
As you know, June is International GLBT Pride Month!PROMO:Profits from all my June direct sales (Paypal or check/money order) will go to support the GLBT Center of Central Florida. (If you order through Amazon or other bookseller, I cannot verify sales and therefore can't figure the profit for Center.)
AWARD:My 2007 novel Turning Point recently won 2007 Best Lesbian Romance from the Lesbian Fiction Readers Choice Awards!
ABOUT TURNING POINT:Excerpts and Paypal ordering info: http://www.lzfiction.net/mine/tpexcerpt.php
There are GLBT actors and actresses throughout Hollywood and most of their costars are gay-friendly. But what if you didn't know you weren't just gay-friendly, but gay yourself? For two women, the dissatisfaction they've had in relationships seemed simply to be 'not having the right guy' or 'not having the same goals'.
Until they get to know each other.
Co-starring on the cult TV series Time Trails, Brenna Lanigan and Cassidy Hyland appear to be complete opposites. Brenna, 41, has been acting for more than twenty years and leads the ensemble cast. She's in her second marriage, and has two teenage sons. Cassidy, 32, arrived to the TV series as the hot sexy newcomer, the epitome of a Hollywood starlet; tall, lean and blond. Recently divorced, and dating a writer on the series, she has a young son. For these two busy, working, and driven, women, just getting along in the competitive world of Hollywood would seem a tall order, and the gossip rags have described more than once the chill in the air on set.
Beginning at a child's birthday party, and following through many events and mishaps, Brenna and Cassidy slowly forge an unforeseeable, but unshakable bond of friendship, support and, ultimately, emotional and physical love.
Join the women's journey which begins with
Turning Point (2007) from
P.D. Publishing, Inc. ISBN: 1-933720-19-0 (paperback; soon to be available as an e-book)
Brenna Lanigan and Cassidy Hyland's story will continue in 2009 with "Turn for Home", also from P.D. Publishing, Inc.
PROMO REMINDER:Profits from all June direct sales through Paypal will go to support the GLBT Center of Central Florida. (If you order through Amazon or other bookseller, I cannot verify sales and therefore can't figure the profit for Center.)

Poster winner
On Sunday, April 13, 2008, I participated in the
Daytona Beach Pride Fest, at City Island Park in Daytona Beach, Florida. At the fest, I was selling and signing copies of
"Turning Point". I was also signing up people for my
email updates list, and those who did sign up were entered into a drawing for the cover art poster (11x17) I had displayed at my booth. I have randomly drawn a name from that list of new members and Alissa P. has won the autographed poster!

Happy holidays!

My

GO KNIGHTS!
In other news, be sure to check out the latest releases from
P.D. Publishing, for those on your holiday gift list. Mickey Minner's got a new release and two mysteries are up from Anne Azel among many others.

And finally, don't forget the "Turning Point" poster drawing Dec. 16. To be eligible, purchase a copy of "Turning Point" from me by Dec. 15.

TP for the holidays
An email from a reader prompted an idea. We have entered the holiday season. Book buying is probably on everyone's list who stops by here. So...
Between now (Nov. 16) and Dec. 15, 2007, if you purchase an autographed copy of "Turning Point" directly from me for $14 per copy by December 15, you will be entered in a drawing. 1 book; 1 chance. 2 books; 2 chances; etc. I accept Paypal (click link) or personal check.
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.60 (maximum 2 books!) If you want more than 2 books, I will request that you resubmit, splitting the order and paying the $4.60 per shipment. You will get the books in one shipment, but it will cover the differing cost of changing the shipping method. Maximum books available for this holiday offer is 20. So you have (at least) a 1 in 20 chance at the poster.
Okay, so the button didn't work. My Paypal ID is lzielinsky @ cfl.rr.com (remove the spaces)
The drawing prize is a
limited edition (1 of 2) 11"x17" laminated poster of the "Turning Point" cover autographed in silver ink. The winner will be drawn randomly from all entries and announced here on December 16, 2007, then contacted by email for the autographing and poster mailing address.
If there are problems with the Paypal link or you would rather not use Paypal, I accept direct check orders also. Please email me by clicking "Feedback" at the left and request check mailing information as you describe your order.
